In London, I normally see the international students from around the world such as University of Greenwich where I am attending as a MA student, has involved a high number of international students and is ranked the highest for student satisfaction as well (The Sunday Times University Guide 2011). This topic is the big challenge of my future career.
A review of the question.
-Where are they originally from?
-How are they decide?
-What can access them?
-What makes students respect for studying?
-etc.
I have worked on my topic but it seems unclear for other counties where I should to pick for comparing. I might choose USA and Australia to compare with the UK ( particularly in London). At the beginning, I still have lack of ideas and it would be great, if you give me any recommendation and opinion. Thank you.

In my opinion, to easier make it you should focus on narrow field such as to specify nationality, the subject, background etc... For comparing between each country might be in the beginning of your idea that why you select to analyze only one country that you are interested in.
I think you chose an interesting topic and it will be quite easy to analyse, especially for you, as an international student yourself. I think you go in a right way picking USA and Australia as countries to compare UK with. But i suggest to don't concentrate on London only, but other cities of UK with top Universities.
Good luck Waan
I think it's a great idea that you compare UK with USA and Australia but if you'd like to focus on London which is the big and international city of UK, you should choose the similar city like Sydney, New York, etc.
I think, your questions are kinda broad. you should focus on narrow field like what your friend said. Moreover, job Opportunities to serve international students after they graduate is an interesting idea too!
